Urban patrol, investigations, and city-focused policing across the Los Angeles area.
LAPD represents the city-focused law-enforcement side of Tropical Heat. The department is built around urban patrol, community interaction, investigations, and coordinated response inside the Los Angeles area.
The goal is not simply to move from call to call. Officers should contribute to scenes, build relationships with civilians and other departments, and create consequences and stories that continue after the immediate incident ends.
These are the main areas this department supports during normal roleplay and larger community scenes.
Urban patrol and response throughout the city-focused areas of the community.
Follow-up work, evidence-driven scenes, and longer-running investigative roleplay.
Interactions that build recurring relationships with civilians and other characters.
The exact day-to-day work changes with the roleplay around you, but these responsibilities define the department's place in THRP.
